Item doesn't heat consistently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The light inside the unit illuminating the contents went out and there is no way to repair it. As far as i CAN TELL THERE IS ALSO NO WAY TO RETURN IT AFTER 30 DAYS.

Stay far far away from this; it is a poorly made, unrepairable product.
