We bought this two years and five days ago. Today, the microwave wouldn't stop buzzing after running it for one minute without being unplugged. Internet diagnosis indicates a service technician is required. That plus the issues described on the consumeraffairs site convinces me that it's time to start over. It worked great until today though. I would expect an OTR microwave to last substantially longer.
