Easy to use. Nice control pad design. I can hear the fan more than others. The door is flimsy and bends if you push the door closed from the top or bottom.

I have owned several brands of microwaves in the past, but the General Electirc JE1460WF 1.4 Cu. Ft. Countertop Sensor Microwave Oven (White) is the first one that the door warps and is difficult to close if it has been used for a long period of time. Every time I "nuke" potatoes I always have problems with the door. Once the unit cools down though, it will return to it's previous state. I also noticed that if the plate is not sitting in the grooves perfectly, the unit will become very loud. Other than those two items, it has a very large cooking area, easy to use controls and it is reasonably priced.
