General Electric GENERAL ELECTRIC WB49X10129 MICROWAVE GLASS TRAY

I am not too sure whether I'm reviewing or critiqueing. I did not know that these could break while in use - yes I was microwaving popcorn when the tray decided to "pop" too, splitting in half. needless to say, I replaced it. However, the price - between $30 and $40 dollars + shipping and handling did not please. It's kind of like the hussle that the computer printer industry hangs on us

This is a perfect replacement for the microwave tray I dropped and broke. I was worried it might be a third party knockoff because it was competitively priced, but it turned out to be a genuine GE part that fit perfectly.

Excellent customer service! When the glass tray first arrived cracked, I emailed the company and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. I would definitely do business with them again.
