Not an objective review from the previous reviewer. That was an apparent "sick puppy" to begin with. It's obvious that the unit was not new from the get go or it still would have been under factory warranty.

Mine is now three years old. It looks spotless (thanks to me), and all functions perform perfectly. Only gripe is the preheat time for cooking in convection mode. Takes about 10 minutes to heat to 425-450 degrees. Not a deal breaker.

I was familiar with this product because I purchased one from SEARS for my office. It worked great. I loved the fact that it's both a convection oven and a microwave. I tried to save a few dollars and bargain shop. I ordered the next one from Amazon - BAD IDEA. Things did not work out so good. It worked for about a month and then it would no longer heat food. I contacted the vendor and they told me there was nothing they could do. They gave me the number to Kenmore. Kenmore is coming to look at it and it will cost me around $130 JUST TO LOOK AT IT - it is not under warranty (although the vendor said it was new????????????????). $130 is about the amount I "saved" ordering it from the vendor on Amazon. I should have got it from SEARS. ):
