came in a timely fashion.it arrived in good condition, this was amazing considering the UPS driver dropped the box off the back of his truck. kudo's to great packaging.WE like the microwave. we thought we were getting kitchenaid top of the line item made in the USA by Whirlpool. upon inspection we found in very tiny print on the label MADE IN PRC. upon further investigation I found that it meant ("PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA") A POOR ATTEMPT TO HIDE THE FACT IT WAS MADE IN CHINA.That was a disappointment. As far as operation we are pleased and the jury is still out on Quality.
