This review is from: Microwave Oven w/ Four Defrost Options in Stainless Steel with Optional Trim Kit The microwave arrived without the trim kit that was advertised to come with it. The vendor CSN stores is a large online business and would take 24+ hours to respond to emails, they did not communicate with me unless I emailed them first. After several weeks I finally did get the trim kit. CSN was always polite but not pro active, I buy from Amazon all the time but will not but from this vendor again even though they did finally get me what I ordered. |
