This microwave is easy to use and has heats things up evenly and quickly. It's on the larger size but it looks nice and the control panel is simple and self explanatory. I appreciate that you can use the timer and the microwave functions at the same time.

Economical price. Works well. It is being used in an office situation and is used throughout the day and is doing a good job.

I probably would have given this microwave 4 stars instead of 3 if it weren't for the fact I had to send the first one back after it proved defective. I opened the box, plugged it in, but instead of the actual microwave unit turning on and cooking, the light came on, the keypad and light came on, but no motor... I called the manufacturer as suggested in the troubleshooting section and was given the advice "yeah, it's defective... take it back to the store where you bought it."

After thanking Captain Obvious, I called Amazon and, as usual, got amazing customer service. They over-nighted another unit free of charge, and sent me a label to return the first one.

That SNAFU aside, this has been a great microwave. I've had it about a month and it's a solid, good looking, easy-to-use unit.
