This commercial microwave is ideal for full and quick restaurants, banquets, supermarkets and institutional applications. This microwave meets or exceeds NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards. The NE-1064F has a output of 1000-watt, stainless steel cabinet and cavity. The oven capacity is 0.8 cubic feet and has a -Grab and Go-inch handle which is fast, durable and removes the hassle of moving parts like those found in push button units. Flat interior makes easy for cleaning and the ability to utilize large casserole dishes. The microwave energy is bottom feed which provides less distance to reach the food for increased cooking efficiency. Other features include a Touch control keypad with Braille, 20-programmable memory pads, 2 and 3 stage cooking, Program list/cycle counter, 3-power levels, 99:99 minute capacity, Interior oven light, see-through door, programmable lock, unique -quick pick preset times, Beep control (on/off) and Chef/Test Kitchen technical support. The unit is also equipped with self-diagnostics. 3-year limited warranty, 1-year parts/labor and 3-year on the magnetron. The picture that Amazon shows for this microwave is different from the one I purchased, which is the higher end model with digital display. I realize this is a commercial microwave, but a professional chef recommended commercial microwaves for home use because they are more reliable and have many higher end features. This unit has a very nice heavy duty stainless steel all around finish that matches well with the other stainless appliances in our kitchen. There are some differences from home models however. Here is a list.

What this unit has that home units don't have:

Heavy duty door and hinges.
Large interior cavity.
Braille labels.
Fully programmable (it comes with sticky labels for a variety of fast foods and time settings).
Heavy duty outer casing.
Fans and alarm are louder.
Automatic shutoff for overheating.

Piece of junk. Flimsy, overpriced, and in terms of quality, nothing seems "commerical" whatsover about this microwave. Panel difficult to read unless looking straight on.
