Our dear microwave lived only 2 years and had a noble demise. I was experimenting with cooking a tamale in the microwave vs steaming on stove and set for 3 minutes causing a small fire that killed my brave microwave. Dear microwave, I'm so sorry. You were a Genius with the ability to cook oatmeal, hotdogs, sausages, heat up my tea, frozen veggies, tv dinners, fish fillets, rice and more with just a touch of a button (18 options in total). I could just pop something inside and push a button and you knew just how much to cook everything I wanted and did it so well. You made really good popcorn with your special feature button option. You were magical in your ability to defrost frozen meat and fish. Microwave... you truly were a Genius with your inverter sensor technology cooking quietly with a friendly beep to let me know when you were done.

We miss you! Unfortunately Panasonic has only made dumber cousins with fewer options and replaced your easy to clean plastic touch...Read more
