Start button is too sensitive,

This microwave has a "add minute" feature--pressing the Start button while cooking adds a minute to cooking time. Convenient, yes, but the Start button is so sensitive that if I press it just a teensy bit too long, it turns my :30 beverage warm-up into a messy boilover 1:30 later. Don't take your eyes off the display (when you start) to be sure you don't inadvertently add another minute of cooking time.

I HAD A 1,000 WATT MICROWAVE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND WHEN IT STOPPED, I PURCHASED THIS SANYO, IT SAYS ON THE MICROWAVE 1,000 WATT, THE ONE I HAD BEFORE HAD 1,000 WATTS, ON THIS SANYO THINGS THAT TOOK 4 MINUTES BEFORE NOW TAKE 5 MINUTES AND WHAT TOOK 9 MINUTES BEFORE TAKE 12, IT MAY SAY 1,000 WATTS BUT IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE A 1,000 WATT MICROWAVE OVEN MORE LIKE A 800 WATT OVEN. I WILL NOT LOOK TO REPLACE MY SANYO WITH EITHER A PANASONIC OR SHARP. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ITEM.

This is a very cute microwave and fits perfectly on my shelf. The price was great and cooks well.
Can't get a better price for an oven that has a handle attached.
