Received email: order cancelled by merchant on 3-09-2010.
Cannot rate this item for I never seen it.
Vote 4 star since I don't want to jeopardize other ratings.
Two star for the merchant: should not let the customer waiting two weeks before sending cancelation notice.
We ended up buying a Kenmore "true-cook" at Sears because my wife does not want to wait anymore.

Comment: I needed a medium size microwave for my finished basement/playroom. This fits the bill perfectly. Has plenty of power and room for cooking frozen foods/snacks etc. Works great and looks real sharp! (pun intended). Also, I used the free shipping from Amazon and it got here surprisingly fast. Overall I am totally happy with this unit.
