Comment: I had to replace a GE microwave that was smaller in size and wattage because it stopped working. I liked that my older one took up less counter space, but occasionally was frustrated by not being able to put casserole dishes in to heat because they wouldn't fit. So I looked around a bit and found this one. This microwave definitely takes up more space, and heats quicker with the higher wattage. I do miss the counter space it now takes up. Still worth the trade-off though. If I have any problems, I'll post an update. Got mine today at my military PX for less than Amazon's price.

Comment: I replaced an older carousel that broke with this one. I like it as well. The preset buttons are a bit more confusing, but with a little practice, are fine. I bought the bigger model because I wanted to be able to comfortably fit a 9 x 13 pan in it, and it does. The unit fits on my microwave cart. It would take a lot of room on the counter, though, so if counter space is scarce, you may want to consider something else. I think it is a good value.

It stops after several seconds and tells you to separate the product. this is supposed to prevent overcooking, although I noticed food still has a tendency to cook instead of just defrost.
The door is kind of cheesy it still has sticker remnants stuck to it because I can't figure out how to get them off, the door is also kind of hard to clean.
These are minor annoyances as long as the microwave continues to work well, so far so good.
