Shame on Whirlpool for selling this unit. It has broken for a second time in a year, and no small repair at that. Both times it threw an F7 code. The first time, the magnetron needed replacing. I'm awaiting repair for a second time and expect the same thing again. It will be out of warranty soon, and I expect it will break again. I will be calling Whirlpool when that happens and demanding a replacement (not this model). All of the reviews on the Whirlpool website echo my experience. Maybe there are other Whirlpool models that are better; the last one I had was fine. Stay away from this one.
