Never again will I buy Whirlpool. They do not stand behind their products. I have had nothing but problems with my Microwave, lasted 13 months

Unit is nice looking, up to date, far more features that I will ever use, powerful and trouble free for the past 2 years. The non microwave functions, however are very weak. What features are those, you ask? Why the stove light, and the exhaust fan. The fan has the option to vent through a filter back into the kitchen or can be configured to vent to the outside. Mine vents to the outside straight up to the roof, a short distance. I have checked the installation and there is no obstruction of any kind and the filter is pristine, but the 200cfm fan, working mightily, creates virtually no draw from the stove. Steam from pans at the front of the stove rises unperturbed in front of the microwave unit. Very little is drawn in and vented out. Secondly the light, while bright does little to brighten the stove, it is located at the rear center of the unit and does a nice job of illuminating the wall above and behind the stove but not the cooking area.
